A majority of traffic in Johor will be routed through Singapore via our fibre backbone connected to Equinix SG1.
This allows us direct 1ms entry into Singapore's network, consisting of diverse international transit providers and networks, as well as subsea cable infrastructure. It gives us access to better global routing and an abundance of peering opportunities.
Domestic (MY) routes will also be routed through SG until our local transit and peering are activated.
We do not currently offer premium China transit on our network or guarantee stable China connectivity on our services and network. That being said, we strive to do everything we can to provide China connectivity on a best-effort basis. What this means is that through our upstreams and peers, we will regularly shape our traffic and routing policies to mitigate unoptimized and congested routes for traffic to China. We stress again that this is a best-effort policy and there are no guarantees involved for China connectivity. No refunds will be provided if you expect any sort of optimized China connectivity.
We will update this page over time as our network continues to grow in terms of transit providers, IX presence, and global points of presence.
